In the Pterodactyl panel, go to your server's console and type: op YourUsername. For Paper/Spigot servers you can also edit the ops.json file directly through the File Manager.
Yes. Using the Pterodactyl File Manager, navigate to your server directory and upload your world folder (usually named "world", "world_nether", and "world_the_end"). Make sure to stop the server first, then restart after uploading.
Log into the billing portal at billing.brookshosting.net, navigate to your active services, and select "Cancel Service." Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Please review our refund policy before cancelling.
